The basics of how quotes, call-outs and workmanship warranties work.
1. Quotes and Call-out Fees
All call-out fees and installation estimates are quoted upfront based on the details provided. Any additional parts or labor required upon on-site inspection are discussed and agreed upon prior to starting work.
2. Workmanship Warranty
New installations and repairs carried out by Elite Gate Motor Installers include a workmanship warranty against installation defects.
3. Manufacturer Warranties
Gate motor units, control boards, batteries, and remote handsets are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
