Services

Installation, repairs and everything in between

One team for the full lifecycle of a gate motor — from the first installation to years of servicing, upgrades and the occasional emergency repair.

Automated sliding gate motor installation

New Gate Motor Installation

Turnkey supply and installation of sliding and swing gate motors for homes, complexes and estates.

We handle the full installation from underground power connection and base-plate mounting through to rack fitting, stopper placement and final programming, so you deal with one team from quote to a working gate.

Gate motor electronic circuit board and gear repairs

Gate Motor Repairs

Diagnosis and repair of motors, gearboxes, control boards, beams and remotes that have stopped working.

Most faults come down to a handful of causes — power, battery, gearbox wear or a knocked sensor — and we carry common parts on the van so a callout can usually be resolved in a single visit.

Servicing & Maintenance

Scheduled oiling, adjustment and inspection to catch wear before it becomes a breakdown.

A gate motor under daily use is a mechanical device with moving parts, and a short annual or bi-annual service plan is usually far cheaper than an emergency repair down the line.

Remote Control & Access Programming

Supply and programming of new remotes, keypads and intercom-linked access for existing systems.

We can add or replace remotes on most systems, link a gate motor to an existing intercom or access control unit, and set safe opening and closing limits.

Gate motor backup battery for loadshedding protection

Battery Backup & Loadshedding Solutions

Backup batteries and inverter-linked power so your gate still opens during an outage.

A gate that only works with grid power is a security and access risk. We fit and maintain backup batteries sized to your motor and usage pattern.

Security Upgrades

Anti-theft brackets, hardened motor housings and safety beam upgrades.

Gate motors are a target for theft and tamper. We supply and fit heavy-gauge anti-theft cages, beam protectors and tamper switches.

New Installations

Our six-step installation process

Site visit and quote

We assess the gate, driveway slope, power access and any existing hardware before quoting, so the price you're given is the price you pay.

Power connection

Electrical cable is run underground to the nearest safe connection point, with proper conduit and isolation.

Motor mounting

The motor is fixed to a base plate and bolted to solid concrete — new concrete is cast first if the existing surface won't hold it securely.

Rack and stoppers

Steel or nylon rack is fitted along the gate (nylon is recommended in coastal areas), and stoppers are set at both ends of travel.

Safety and limit programming

Open and close limits, speed, obstruction force and safety beams are all programmed and tested before we hand over.

Remotes and handover

Remote controls are programmed and paired, and we walk you through how the system works before we leave site.
